In the course of doing some of the pro junior mods the ribbon cable that connects v1 to the board got damaged.  The amp cuts in and out with lots of cracks and pops when that ribbon is touched or moved.  I'm having trouble figuring out what to replace it with.  Can anyone tell me the specs I need to know in order to replace the cable? Exactly what kind of cable do I need to get?

If it were my amp I would look into replacing the ribbon cable with discrete 24ga wires laid flat and taped. It would be more rugged and possibly sound better. Ribbon cables are marginal at best.

The real trick is going to be the connectors, not the cable.  You'll have to find some identical connectors on both ends.  Ribbon cable is easy to find.  Finding the connectors and more importantly, a way to crimp them, will be the rub.

Contact Fender. (This is a Fender, right?) They're usually quite helpful.

Thanks for the help guys.  I think I may try the wire solution.  The connections are just 6 simple solder point on each end, but the ribbon cable is so damn delicate. I trimed the one leading to v1 and got it to where I think it's okay, but now v2 is cutting in and out any time it's touched or moved.  Very frustrating.

I work on a lot of these Amps and the easiest thing to do is just get rid of the ribbon cable and repalce it with 6 individual wires, I use a 24ga 19 strand teflon coated wire, but just about any quality hook up wire will do well.
